During our two-night stay, we enjoyed a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The newly renovated facilities were immaculate, featuring stylish finishes and an impressive LED mirror in the bathroom. We appreciated the convenience of a kitchenette, along with complimentary laundry services. The on-site cafe, Ngon Ngon, served delicious meals, and the helpful staff, especially the manager, made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was great, just a short walk to the Westfield shopping center.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The place was lovely and restaurant was clean. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, for example, an urban forest was relatively near the hotel. A shopping mall and supermarkets where right next door. Stayed here for one night, no complaints whatsoever.

I had an awesome stay at this hotel! The room was super spacious and clean, and the comfy bed gave me the best sleep after a long day of exploring. I really loved the kitchenette-it made it easy to whip up a quick meal. Plus, the location is just a short walk to the Westfield shopping center, which is perfect for grabbing snacks or doing a bit of shopping. The staff were friendly and even let me check in early, which was a nice bonus!
I couldn't find a hairdryer in the room, which was a bit of a hassle after my shower. The hotel isn't right in the city center, so having a car made things a lot easier for getting around. those were minor hiccups in an otherwise great experience!

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's modern vibe and cleanliness! It's super close to the CBD and the railway station, making it really easy to get around. Plus, the staff were super friendly and cute, which definitely made my business trip feel more enjoyable. Oh, and I loved having free parking right on-site!
The room felt really stuffy, and I couldn't open the windows without getting a whiff from the nearby restaurant. The shower door wouldn’t close properly—major water mess every time! And to top it off, I struggled with the TV, which seemed more like a challenge than a convenience. Not the smoothest stay, unfortunately.

I was really frustrated with the noise in my room. It felt like there was an industrial machine buzzing right above me. I barely slept a wink, and covering the bright phone light with a towel was just a band-aid solution.

The room was super spacious and incredibly clean! Loved the cozy beds that made for restful sleep. The kitchenette was a lifesaver for late-night snacks, and the rain shower felt so refreshing after a long day. It all felt way more homey than other stays.
The hotel wasn't in the city center, so exploring was a bit tricky without a car.
